The under-2-week clock starts once we've received everything we need from you — logo, brand colors, product details, and inspiration. If we're waiting on you for more than 48 hours at any point, the timeline pauses until we hear back. Fast turnaround depends on both sides moving quickly.
You own everything. We hand off the store fully built and walk you through how to manage it. If you need ongoing changes, we can discuss a maintenance arrangement.
